Directions for Use

• Sit straight and wear the cuff on your left hand

• Put the wrist through the cuff loop

• Your palm and monitor display should both face upward

• Position the wrist cuff leaving a clearance of 1 to 2 cm between the cuff and the bottom of your palm

• Do not rap the cuff over clothing
